Most workplace training was built for software that changes once a year. AI tools don't. Sthuthi Technologies exists to keep the syllabus and the assessment current without turning the credential into a participation certificate.
The tool changes every quarter. The standard shouldn't.
Claude Code, Codex, Copilot and Gemini all ship meaningful updates several times a year. Our syllabi get revised on that cadence; the bar for what counts as 'certified' does not move just because a vendor renamed a feature.
An assessor, not an algorithm, signs off
Automated grading works for multiple-choice. It doesn't work for judging whether an engineer made a defensible call on an ambiguous diff. Every attempt gets a human reviewer with sign-off responsibility.
We'd rather fail someone than dilute the credential
A certification that everyone passes stops being useful to the people relying on it — hiring managers, clients, auditors. Pass rates are not a metric we optimise for.

Shalini Tomar
Founder & CEO, Sthuthi Technologies
Shalini founded Sthuthi Technologies in June 2026 after five years working with data, revenue and software across financial services, pharma commercial analytics and enterprise software. Her career has been about one thing: turning messy systems into numbers a leadership team can act on, then automating the work so it doesn't have to be done by hand again.
At Moody's Analytics she owned revenue analytics for a portfolio of more than $40M in annual recurring revenue across 500+ enterprise accounts, built the growth and attrition analysis that flagged over $2M in at-risk renewals, and automated contract reconciliation to cut month-end reporting time by about 30%. Before that, at Axtria, she ran Salesforce data operations and sales-performance analytics for pharma clients supporting more than 10,000 sales representatives, and mentored junior analysts. She started as a software engineer at Capgemini, shipping Java, Angular and SQL applications across 10+ production releases.
That mix is why Sthuthi assesses the way it does. Shalini builds with LLM APIs, AI agents, prompt design and the Model Context Protocol (MCP) herself, including a live AI sales agent that qualifies leads and runs multi-step tasks through connected tools. She knows the difference between someone who can demo an AI tool and someone who can ship with it, check its output and measure the result. Our credential is built to test the second.
