Built-to-order

For the tool that isn't a public track yet.

Internal agents, proprietary copilots, and company-specific workflows don't show up in a vendor's certification catalogue. We build the curriculum and the rubric around them directly, with your engineering leads signing off before it runs.

How a custom track gets built

Week 1

Scoping call

An engineering lead walks us through the tool or workflow. We leave with a draft list of tasks a certified person should be able to do.

Week 2–3

Rubric sign-off

We write the assessment rubric and a short pilot curriculum. Your team reviews and edits it before anything is scheduled.

Week 4

Pilot cohort

A small first cohort runs the full training and assessment. We adjust based on what the pilot surfaces.

Ongoing

Standing track

The track runs on your calendar going forward, with the syllabus revisited whenever the underlying tool changes meaningfully.

What we've built tracks around before

  • An internal LangGraph-based agent framework, certifying the platform team on its guardrails and escalation paths
  • A proprietary Copilot fork restricted to an air-gapped environment, certified without any data leaving the client's network
  • A prompt-engineering rubric specific to a legal team's document-review workflow

Details specific enough to identify a client are shared only with their consent — ask on the contact page and we'll see what we can share. If your team only needs a published tool, see our corporate Claude Code training.

What drives the cost of a custom certification program

We quote each custom track after a scoping call. Four things move the number most:

  • How novel the tool is

An internal agent with no public documentation takes longer to build a curriculum around than a fork of a known tool.

  • Subject-matter-expert time

Your engineers sign off the rubric, so the hours they can give shape the timeline.

  • Pilot cohort size

A small pilot keeps the first run cheap and shows whether the rubric works before you scale it.

  • Curriculum depth

Hands-on labs and a live assessment task take more to build than reading material and a scenario review.
