Give your graduating batch Claude Code skills they can prove.
A Foundations-level programme that teaches students to direct Claude Code, check its work and explain their decisions, ending in an assessed, verifiable credential.

Why a placement cell should care.
Students can already use AI tools. What recruiters can't easily tell is who can use them well.
Employers are asking for AI skills
NACE's spring 2026 employer survey found AI skills in 16.5% of entry-level job descriptions, up from 10.5% in its fall survey.
NACE surveyA badge doesn't prove anything
Most Claude Code credentials a student can get today are course-completion badges. Recruiters know they show attendance, not judgment.
Entry-level hiring is tight
Stanford's latest analysis finds early-career employment in highly AI-exposed jobs about 19% below trend, mostly through reduced hiring. Students need evidence they can direct and check AI, not just use it.

Task framing
Writing a clear, scoped request for Claude Code, and spotting when a task is too vague to hand to an agent.
Reading a diff
Checking an agent's change for correctness, unwanted edits and new dependencies before accepting it.
Guardrails
Deciding what the tool is allowed to touch, and what a person should always do.
Explaining decisions
Being able to say what you asked, what you checked and what you fixed, which is what an interviewer will ask.

Where this fits next to what's free.
We'd rather students use Anthropic's free courses for learning. This programme is for proving it.

What it is, and what it isn't.
- It is an independent credential from Sthuthi Technologies, not an Anthropic certification.
- It does not guarantee a job, an interview or a salary.
- It's strongest alongside a real project and solid programming fundamentals.
Be one of our first institutions.
Our cohort record so far is with companies. If you'd like to run the student programme with a pilot batch, we'll scope it with you and agree what success looks like before it starts.

Frequently asked questions
Is this an Anthropic certification?
No. It is Sthuthi Technologies' independent credential and Anthropic does not issue it. Students should list it as "Claude Code Foundations, Sthuthi Technologies" and never as "Anthropic certified".
Will it get my students a job?
It can help them stand out, mainly as proof they can explain and defend their work. We don't claim placement or salary outcomes, and no published data shows how much any Claude Code credential improves hiring. It works best next to a real project and strong fundamentals.
How is the student assessment different from the team one?
Engineering teams complete a live repository task reviewed by a human assessor. The student programme uses a lighter, scenario-based assessed task at Foundations level, so a whole batch can be assessed without losing the point of the test.
How long does it run and how much does it cost?
Schedule, batch size and fees are agreed with each institution, so we can fit your academic calendar. Tell us the size of the batch and we'll quote on a short call.
Can individual students sign up on their own?
Not at the moment. The programme is offered to institutions and organisations in batches. In the meantime, Anthropic's free Claude Code courses are a good place for an individual student to start.
Which students is it for?
Computer science and engineering students who will write or review code, ideally in their final or pre-final year so the credential is ready for placement season.
