Claude Code certification for engineering colleges in India.
Indian employers say most fresh graduates aren't ready on day one, and they increasingly want graduates with generative AI skills. Our Foundations-level Claude Code programme gives a batch of students practical, assessed skills with an AI coding agent, and a credential recruiters can verify. We operate from India and schedule around your academic calendar.

Why placement cells are looking at AI coding skills
HirePro's State of College Hiring in India 2026, drawing on more than 10,000 students, 80+ corporates and 100+ colleges, found a wide readiness gap: 68% of students believe they're job-ready from day one, but only 9% of employers agree. The same report found 85% of employers prefer graduates with GenAI skills, while only 12% currently make GenAI proficiency a mandatory hiring criterion.
Hiring data points the same way. Naukri's JobSpeak index for September 2026 showed AI/ML hiring up 20% year on year and AI/ML fresher hiring up 19%, while IT and software services hiring fell 4%. Students who can show they use AI tools well, rather than just mention them, stand out in that market.
What the programme gives your students
Students learn to direct Claude Code through a task, check what it changed and explain their decisions, which is what an interviewer is likely to probe.
- Task framing: writing a clear, scoped request and recognising when a task is too vague to hand to an agent
- Reading a diff: checking an agent's change for correctness, unwanted edits and new dependencies
- Guardrails: deciding what the tool may touch and what a person should always do
- A lighter, scenario-based assessed task at Foundations level, so a whole batch can be assessed
- An independent credential with a verifiable ID, issued by Sthuthi
How we work with colleges
We deliver in batches agreed with your institution, working on India Standard Time and fitted to your semester. Each student who passes receives a credential with a unique ID that recruiters can verify with us.
Our cohorts so far have been with companies, including teams of 129 and 227 people. If you'd like to run a pilot batch with us, we'll scope it with you and agree what success looks like before it starts.
An AI training program your placement cell can actually show
Most AI courses leave a placement cell with an attendance list. This programme leaves you with evidence: every student who passes gets a credential with a unique ID that a recruiter can check with us, and you get a batch report of who completed, who passed and each credential ID.
We plan the batch around your timetable, not ours. Live sessions run on IST in slots agreed with your department, with self-paced modules in between, so the programme fits alongside regular classes. Batch sizes are agreed with you; our company cohorts so far have ranged from 17 to 227 people.
Colleges that track value-added courses and placement support for NAAC or NIRF submissions can use the batch report and verified credentials as supporting records. We'll share a sample certificate and batch report on the scoping call.
- A batch report with completions, passes and credential IDs
- Sessions scheduled around your academic calendar
- A sample certificate before you commit
- One point of contact for the Training and Placement Officer
What it is, and what it isn't
It's an independent credential from Sthuthi Technologies, not an Anthropic certification, and it doesn't guarantee a job or a salary. It works best alongside a real project and strong programming fundamentals.
Frequently asked questions
Is this an Anthropic certification?
No. It's an independent credential from Sthuthi Technologies. Anthropic's own Claude exams are currently open only to organisations in the Claude Partner Network, so most students can't book them directly.
How is it priced for colleges?
We quote per batch, based on the number of students and the schedule. Tell us your batch size and semester, and we'll quote on a short call.
Which students is it for?
Computer science and engineering students who write or review code, ideally in their final or pre-final year so the credential is ready for placement season.
Will it fit our timetable?
Yes. Live sessions are scheduled on IST in slots agreed with your department, with self-paced modules in between, and we avoid exam weeks and placement drives.
What does the placement cell receive?
A batch report listing completions, passes and each student's credential ID, plus the credentials themselves, which recruiters can verify with us.
Can students enrol individually?
Not at the moment. We work with institutions in batches. Individual students can start with Anthropic's free Claude Code courses.
