Why IT services firms are certifying AI coding skills
Demand is shifting toward AI skills. Naukri's JobSpeak index for September 2026 showed AI/ML hiring up 20% year on year, while IT and software services hiring fell 4%. For a services firm, being able to show clients which engineers are AI-ready is becoming part of winning and staffing work.
Clients rarely take a firm's word for it. A verifiable, per-engineer credential gives your delivery and sales teams something concrete to show in a capability statement or staffing plan.
Anthropic partner tiers and an independent bench
If you're pursuing Anthropic's Claude Partner Network, its Select tier requires at least 10 active certified individuals, along with production customers and a public customer story, and only Anthropic's own certifications count toward those tiers. Use Anthropic's exams for your partner team.
Most firms also need to verify Claude Code skills across a much larger delivery bench, including engineers who'll never sit Anthropic's exams. That's where our independent assessment fits. It doesn't count toward partner tiers, and we don't claim it does.

Each engineer works through a live repository task while a human assessor reviews how they:
- Frame a scoped task Claude Code can execute
- Review the agent's diff for correctness, scope creep and new dependencies
- Set guardrails and explain permission boundaries before anything merges
Built for large cohorts
We've run single cohorts of 129 people and an engagement of 227 across two cohorts. Larger programmes run in batches, scheduled on India Standard Time around your delivery commitments, with levels so new joiners and senior engineers aren't assessed against the same bar.
Frequently asked questions
Does your certification count toward Anthropic partner tiers?
No. Only Anthropic's own certifications count. Many firms use Anthropic's exams for the partner team and our assessment to verify the wider delivery bench.
Can you certify several hundred engineers?
Yes, in batches. Our largest client engagement so far was 227 people across two cohorts, and we've run a single cohort of 129.
Can our clients verify an engineer's credential?
Yes. Every certificate carries a unique credential ID, and clients can ask us to confirm it against our record.
How is it priced?
We quote per cohort, based on headcount and levels. There's no published price list.
